Postage & Returns
Cine Film Transfers
We make sure that any cine film sent to you is via Special Delivery. This is a Royal Mail service and it ensures:
- Delivery before 1pm the next working day
- A signature at the time of delivery
- Insurance of up to £500.00
Before we send any transfer back to you we will call you and let you know first, to make sure there is someone in to sign for the delivery.
Track & Trace
If you have supplied us with an email address or a mobile phone number, we can email or text you to let you know the tracking reference of the parcel and the date and time it was sent to you. You can enter the reference on the Royal Mail's Track & Trace page.
Sending Your Film To Aarchive
If you are planning to send the cine film to us please make sure it is via Special Delivery. Your local post office will be able to do this for you and it is the most secure way to send your films to us. Recorded Delivery goes with the regular post and if anything does go missing you may get compensated up to £34.00—how valuable are your family’s memories? Please, do not take the risk—send them Special Delivery, to us at:

All DVD productions are sent via First Class Royal Mail delivery and are sent with a proof of postage.
If no postal insurance was paid for by the customer, Aarchive Films is not held responsible for any loss or damage that is incurred during transit. If postal insurance was taken out a replacement DVD will be sent out free of charge.
Cine Film to DVD Transfers
If there is a problem with the cine film transfer to DVD please contact us within seven days of receiving it, so we can rectify the problem. A digital master of all cine film to DVD transfers is kept by Aarchive Films for a period of 30 days.
If you have a problem with a DVD production you have purchased us we need the DVD returned (at your own expense for the postage) to check, before a replacement is sent back to you. Again, please contact us to inform us of the problem.
When we have received your comments we will email, or phone if you prefer, to rectify the problem.
